as we age? Which foods can we eat to address bone
health, digestion, arthritis, weight management and
cholesterol? Sarah will highlight the importance of
anti-oxidants and their anti-cancer properties as well
as discussing the use of supplements. Sarah’s advice
is practical and inspiring – she doesn’t want to take
the joy out of eating delicious food! There will be a
selection of recipes to take away.
