A Philosopher’s Guide to Happiness – GI 23 069 (Online)
16 November 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm GMT
Tutor: Darren Harper BA (Hons) PGCEGo to all Courses
What is happiness? Is it nothing more than feeling good, which underpins the philosophy of utilitarianism? Is it merely the temporary cessation of suffering, to fully flourish, or to live the best life we can live? We will explore these questions in the esteemed company of J. S. Mill, Arthur Schopenhauer and Aristotle.
