Advanced Yang Style Tai Chi (Part 3) – GI 23 043 (Face to Face)

Tai Chi provides core balance, harmony and wellbeing. Although considered a martial art, Tai Chi is also meditative and an energising exercise. Continuing through Part 3, Devdan will guide students through the progression of the 108 movements of the traditional long form of the Yang style of Tai Chi.
Students are expected to have completed Parts 1 and 2, or achieved a similar level before enrolling. If you are unsure of the suitability of the level, please contact the tutor via the Institute.
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing to allow stretching and smooth-soled exercise shoes during class. Students are encouraged to practise at home between classes.
