Jet lag is a huge problem for those who regularly
travel across several time zones. Particularly affected
are long-haul cabin crew, who often return home from
work and need to adapt quickly in order carry on with
their usual home life.

Dr Ruscitto will present her research on the positive
effects of making a regular eating plan before a
long-haul trip to reduce jet lag. Such findings have
implications for the wellbeing of both cabin crew and
frequent travellers.
