Join Jeanette and Amanda from Open Access Arts for five welcoming and inspiring mornings, where people living with dementia can meet and enjoy all the benefits of engaging in creative activities – story capture, film, painting, dance, music, and other mixed media activities. There will be lots of creative opportunities and, hopefully, lots of joy in a safe, non-judgemental environment, with mutual support and respect for all; no one should be defined by their dementia.  No previous experience is required. We focus on ‘in the moment’ adventures, because all of our lives are made up of moments. 

Refreshments will be provided for all participants – any carers attending are invited to take respite and chat in V Café during the workshop.
