The job application process can be daunting, but if you do some homework you can learn to enjoy the process. Knowing how to show off your best qualities with confidence means you give your potential employer the confidence to offer you a job. So if you are planning to apply for that dream position, come to this workshop and find out how to prepare and achieve the desired outcome.
To get the best out of this workshop it would help if you had a position in mind, or find a job you would want to apply for. If you already have your CV then please bring it with you.
The workshop will include: knowing your strengths, how to improve your CV, preparing for a job interview, how to present yourself with confidence, body language and communication tips, and how to answer some tricky questions.
Please note that the same content will be seen in each of the separate dates.
About your Tutor:
Marina Roberts is a Confidence Coach and helps professionals and business owners with communication skills, presentation and public speaking. Having spent a few years conducting interviews for positions of various levels during her career in Human Resources, Marina knows what is important for a potential employer to know about a candidate.
She can help develop your personal style, suggest subtle ways of showing off your skills and share tips on how to build rapport with your interviewer. She will help you focus on what’s important and avoid common mistakes when applying for a new job.
