Gain more from your church or cathedral visits. Church monuments are often overlooked, but provide a fascinating history of British sculpture from medieval times to the early 20th century. They can also be key sources for fashion and often commemorate prominent local and national figures. We will study brasses, carvings and inscriptions and explore changing views of art, love, life and death.
