Summer Workshop – Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form Part 3 and Advanced – GI 23 217 (Face to Face)

Tai Chi provides core balance, harmony, and wellbeing. Although considered a martial art, Tai Chi is also meditative and an energising exercise. Tutor Devdan has been practising Tai Chi almost 30 years.
In this workshop, Devdan explore the 108 Yang Long Form, and work on refining the flow of the movements and explores related forms such as 24, 48 and sword.
Students should have completed Parts 1 and 2 before enrolling (and Part 3 if Advanced).
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing to allow stretching and smooth-soled exercise shoes. Students are encouraged to practise at home between classes. If you are unsure of the suitability of the level, please contact the tutor via the Institute.
