Heart disease is the biggest worldwide killer and morbidity from cardiovascular issues is increasing. We are good at treating the acute consequences of it, however, little is done to address the root causes. In this talk Dr Zarrin Shaikh will outline the scale of the problem that we face and provide a roadmap for addressing the key lifestyle issues that can not only prevent, but treat and reverse heart disease.

Zarrin works at Wexham Park Hospital where she became the lead Cardiologist for cardiac imaging and cardiac education in January 2018.

Please note: it is not possible to book this talk via our website. If you would like to book a place, please contact the Institute on 01483 451034.
