In a picture perfect setting, this unique living museum, near Chichester is a hidden gem for those who want to see, touch and even smell what life was really like for people living in years gone by. It is also the filming location of the BBC’s Repair Shop (access to the barn is unfortunately unavailable).
See what rural living was like with over 1,000 years of history to explore across the 40 acre site, including 50 relocated historic houses, working exhibits and craft demonstrations. During your visit you can stop off at the onsite café or shepherd‘s hut coffee station, or bring your own lunch and enjoy a quiet spot in the grounds.
