Although considered a martial art\, Tai Chi is also meditative and an energising exercise. \nFor those who have completed and assimilated the 108 Yang Long Form\, this course works on refining the flow of the movements and explores related forms such as 24\, 48 and sword. \nStudents are advised to wear comfortable clothing to allow stretching and smooth-soled exercise shoes. Students are encouraged to practise at home between classes. If you are unsure of the suitability of the level\, please contact the tutor via the Institute. \nStudents should have completed Parts 1 – 3 before enrolling.

Stewart informs and entertains dressed and speaking as the wartime prime minister. \nYou will be taken on an illustrated journey complete with some special props. Stewart is a member of the International Churchill Society. He has won many humorous speaking competitions and has appeared on TV. \nWe’re delighted to offer our afternoon talks on a Pay What You Can basis. We believe everyone should have access to educational and cultural opportunities\, and that no one should be excluded because of their financial circumstances.
