Course Participant

From the 17th century onwards, artists have depicted the beauty of the Surrey landscape and its buildings. This pastime was particularly popular in the Victorian period. In this course, learn about Helen Allingham, Birket Foster, George Vicat Cole, Richard Redgrave and many others. Even Constable and Turner painted here! This richly illustrated course will introduce you to familiar and unfamiliar works.
