After the great success of Stephanie Wood’s talk on Mary Quant, we invite her back to tell us more about exhibitions at the V&A. Stephanie is a fashion curator and historian, specialising in 20th and 21st century fashion. She was Project Curator of Gabrielle Chanel – Fashion Manifesto, dedicated to the work of pioneering French couturière, Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel.
This talk will offer a behind-the-scenes insight into the making of the exhibition, spotlighting key aspects of Chanel’s life and some of the star objects featured from her sixty-year career.
