Silk shading, usually worked today in stranded cotton, is sometimes called ‘painting with thread’. In this workshop, learn to use ‘long and short stitch’ to make your embroidery look as real as the flower itself. Follow the provided designs or develop your own design from pictures of your favourite flower.
Bring sharp scissors – all other materials provided.
