collection that’s receiving wide acclaim?

Join us for tea, coffee and cake and hear from local author Alice Fowler as she describes the path to publication of her collection of short stories, The Truth Has Arms and Legs, published by Fly On The Wall Press in July 2023. Alice will also read some extracts from the book.

This time we will take a look at the history of the tea room and its role in female emancipation and in uniting women from across the social spectrum.
