Gentle yoga-based sessions creating a safe space for self-exploration and reflection. Through movement, breath, and guided practices, we’ll build self-awareness, clarity, and emotional balance.
No prior experience needed. Please bring your own mat, plus any yoga props (blocks, bricks, straps, blankets) and some water.
Wear comfortable, breathable layers and non-slip socks or bare feet. Please notify the tutor of any health conditions that may impact your yoga practice.
