In this workshop you will learn different plaiting techniques, based on European and Native American traditions. You will make flat decorative bands. Use narrow ones for individualistic shoelaces and trims matching favourite clothes. Wider ones can make belts or uniquely recognisable luggage straps. Practice the techniques then pick colours to finger-weave handles for a personal cloth shopping bag.
Bring sharp scissors. Other materials provided.
