Join Songül for this online cooking workshop, where you will create dishes inspired by her home country of Turkey. On this course, you will learn how to make Baklava. Made in Turkey, Greece and many Middle eastern countries, baklava is a popular dessert across the world. Songül will show you how to make a simplified version of this usually laborious dessert. Learn how to layer pastry with your choice of nuts, butter, and syrup dressing.
This course is suitable for vegetarians, recipe adaptations can be provided for special dietary requirements.
An ingredients list will be sent prior to the workshop.
