The beauty of the Irish landscape, its traditional customs and its troubled history have all inspired artists, both Irish-born and visitors. Explore works by well-known and less familiar painters, including Frederic William Burton, George F Watts, Daniel Maclise, Erskine Nicol, Lady Butler, Ernest Waterlow, John Lavery, William Orpen, and Jack B Yeats.
