Though there are no written records from the Druids, many of their beliefs and the plants they considered sacred, have shaped our history and continue to influence us even today.

Certain plants and trees were especially important to the Druids. We look at how some of their most sacred plants have shaped not just our landscape but our history and culture and how they continue to inform our lives.

We look at Oak, Yew, Holly, Ivy and Mistletoe and how beliefs about them, as well as their physical properties, have helped form our national identity.

We’re delighted to offer our afternoon talks on a Pay What You Can basis. We believe everyone should have access to educational and cultural opportunities, and that no one should be excluded because of their financial circumstances.
