Go to all CoursesOverview
Take a trip through Scotland in company with its artists, both visitors and Scottish-born, who range from Pre-Raphaelite Dyce to Impressionist MacTaggart. The Romantics, including Turner, popularised the country’s dramatic landscapes. Landseer painted its wildlife and its people, whilst Millais’ best late work was painted there. More recent images include railway posters and the expressive Glasgow children and coastal scenes of Joan Eardley.
